We have tomatoes.  It's the cute yellow ones.  I probably have not explained  that we have a few plants in our backyard.  But our big garden is at my dad's.  He's let us use his old garden space on his property the last few years.
Year's ago we had raised beds in our backyard at our house.  We loved coming home, picking, and cooking.   A neighbor complained and the HOA said we had to remove the gardens.  Now we have a few plants in pots.  It's just not the same.  I had a full herb garden.  I would come home to cook.  I could walk out my back door and  pick the herbs for my meal, pick the veggies, and then just cook.  It was nice.  Look at those adorable tomatoes in progress.  I can't wait.

See the little yellow guy.  I'll grab it tomorrow.  It needed one more day of sunshine.
I have way more basil than I need.  I think we have 4 plants in the back yard.
The dill is not doing as good.  It's trying to hang in there.

I bought this plant last year for $10.00.  Hubby laughed.  I got 10 peppers last year while his peppers at the garden spot wilted and died.  This year the same plant has 6 peppers and I have already ate/stored 4.  They taste so good and BTW "bite me".

The above red beauty is going into an omelet.
