Hello Sunshine. This precious one is outside my window by a busy sidewalk standing about 4' tall. She definitely has attitude.
I found this one on the south fence. I love her against the cloudy sky. Later that afternoon we lost electricity, crazy winds, and a brief spell of hale. Gotta love Texas weather. In one week I can go from sweat pants and moccasins to shorts and flip flops twice. But I wouldn't live anywhere else. Visit yes, live no.
Her sisters!
See this bird? We went to the park for lunch and as I was headed to the plum trees he is squawking and raising hell. Hey, the plums aren't ripe yet back off!
Here are the plums. I hope we get to taste a couple when they ripen before they are gone.
I had to go east this morning to do do blood work before going to work. I loved watching the sun rise as I drove. It's been awhile since I was up that early and watching. I think I might do that more often. When I was young I loved and took pics of sunsets. I guess that's part of growing older. I want to feel the rising instead of the fading. Cliche.
Have a good tomorrow everyone. Find the joy. Take a deep breath and be happy that you can. We are luckier than we know.
